Early access

Booking links that know when you are free.

CallSlot is a meeting scheduling app. Set the hours you are free, share a booking link, and let someone book a time. CallSlot creates the calendar event, adds the video link, and sends the reminders.

It is in early access. The product works today, and we are still building on it.

Sign up and sign in use the same page — a one-time email code, or your Google account. Free to start.

How CallSlot uses Google Calendar data

Every visitor sees the times in their own time zone.

Google user data

How CallSlot uses your Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional, and CallSlot works without it. If you connect it, CallSlot asks for the access listed below, and uses it for these things and nothing else.

Read your calendar
CallSlot reads the events already on your Google Calendar to work out when you are busy, so your booking page can hide the times you are already booked. You switch this on for each meeting type.
Create calendar events
When someone books a time, CallSlot creates the event on your Google Calendar and invites the person who booked it. Changes and cancellations are written back to the same event.
Add Google Meet links
If you choose Google Meet as the location for a meeting type, CallSlot adds a Google Meet link to the event when it is created.
Identify the connected account
CallSlot receives the email address and basic profile of the Google account you connect, so your settings page can show you which account the connection belongs to.

CallSlot uses Google Calendar data only to run the scheduling features above. It is never sold, and it is never used for advertising. You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings. Full details are in the privacy policy and the terms of service.

CallSlot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (opens in a new tab), including the Limited Use requirements.
